STAND ALONE LIGHTWEIGHT

Made exclusively of unidirectional polyethylene, this plate provides the lightest weight 2.12lbs (10" x 12") rifle protection available in PROJECT7. Built for PROJECT7 by PROTECH, this plate is designed to be a neutrally buoyant, stand alone, special threat tested rifle plate. It provides an excellent combination of ballistic protection, with minimal weight, and ergonomic design. This plate is designed to stop MSC 7.62x39 and M193 .223 rounds. PLEASE NOTE: This plate does not stop 5.56mm x 45mm 62gr M855 (Green Tip) ammunition.

ICW LIGHTWEIGHT

Made of a ceramic/polyethylene composite, the P7 lightweight Level 3++ ICW is built by PROTECH and is the state-of-the-art in rifle protection. The latest addition to the PROJECT7 plate lineup, this plate is designed to work in conjunction with the P7 soft armor ballistic packages and has been tested against 5.56mm x 45mm 62gr M855 (Green Tip) ammunition, as well as 7.62mm x 39mm 123gr MSC ammunition. Weighing only 3.6lb (10" x 12") and only .8" thick, this plate is a lightweight, high performance, cutting edge option for rifle threats. Available in 10" x 12" SAPI Medium, SAPI Large, and SAPI X-Large.
