We’re preparing to unveil our newest armor platform at NTOA, and we could not be more excited! This platform was developed in direct response to feedback from the field and a gap we believed needed to be addressed. After many months of design, testing, and refinement, we’re almost ready to show you what’s next for PROJECT 7. We hope to see you there in BOOTH #137 with AARDVARK!

FEATURED PRODUCT: FLEXAROO POUCH

Change Your Loadout. FAST!

Different assignments demand different equipment, but rebuilding the front of your carrier every time the loadout changes wastes time and locks operators into a setup that may not fit the next mission.

The P7 6x6 Flexaroo Pouch brings the rapid configurability of our Flexaroo system to armor platforms that don’t have it sewn in. It mounts directly to standard MOLLE and combines interchangeable internal inserts with two included FLEX Panels, giving operators multiple ways to reconfigure their front loadout without permanently modifying the vest.

Three Internal Insert Slots – Swap inserts to configure the pouch for magazines, Tasers, tools, and more. Keep additional inserts at the ready.

Two Included FLEX Panels – Quickly change front-mounted pouches in seconds without rebuilding your MOLLE setup.

MOLLE-Mounted Modularity – Add Flexaroo functionality to compatible armor without permanent modification.

Why it matters: One fixed loadout is realistic when missions change. FLEXAROO lets the equipment change with the assignment while the platform stays in place.

PLATFORM SPOTLIGHT

XPV: The Most Comfortable Patrol Vest You've Ever Worn

Traditional two-piece patrol armor can shift, fit inconsistently, and create coverage gaps as the body moves. Officers need protection that stays comfortable and properly positioned through long shifts without sacrificing a professional appearance.

The PROJECT 7 Xternal Patrol Vest (XPV) uses a four-panel ballistic system and three-piece cummerbund to create a more adaptable, body-contoured fit with consistent coverage and mobility. Multiple carrier and MOLLE configurations allow departments to build the platform around the officer’s role and uniform requirements.

Four-Panel Ballistic System – Improves fit and helps minimize the coverage gaps common with traditional two-piece armor.

Quick-Adjust 3-Piece Cummerbund – Provides a secure, adjustable fit that can be dialed in for the individual officer.

Multiple Configurations – Choose Uniform or Tactical carriers with webless, traditional MOLLE, or clean loadout options.

Optional Concealable Carrier – Move the same soft armor into a low-profile setup for Class A uniforms or concealed assignments.

Why it matters: Patrol armor is worn for hours, not minutes. XPV was designed to deliver the coverage, comfort, and professional appearance officers need for the realities of an entire shift.

DETAILS MATTER: Internal Wire Routing

A clean setup isn’t just about appearance. It’s about keeping critical equipment where it belongs.

Radio cables are a necessary part of the loadout, but exposed cables can quickly become one more thing to catch, shift, or interfere with other equipment. That’s why every PROJECT 7 armor platform is designed with integrated radio cable routing channels that allow operators to run cables through the armor instead of leaving them exposed across the outside of the vest.

Thoughtful routing helps keep excess cable contained, maintains a cleaner profile, and keeps communication equipment organized and out of the way as operators move through vehicles, structures, and other confined environments.

It’s a small design detail—until something catches.
